Master chief firefight voice help?

I bought the master chief firefight voice in halo reach and equipped it but it's not working!!! All I hear is him grunting when he gets hit and breathing when he runs but he isn't saying the cool stuff in the YouTube vids!!!! What do I do? I'm a colonel grade 2 if that helps
