i tired of waiting i wanna play black ops but it wont let me sign in it say something about a master account or something guardian i know that i need someone over 18 years old but my brother deleted his so is there anyway or anything i can do to play online or use someones else what should i do. i tried making a new account but ist say playstation network under maintenance or something like that plz help with details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
