Do you need a login in order to apply for an Old Navy Online application?

I clicked the apply online for customer experience associate and it takes me to a login page, so I don't know what to do, should I sign up for the thing then it will allow me to apply online or what else. Please help me it would be much appreciated. Also when I did the job search the places that were available for jobs were in Carousel Mall and not on Erie Blvd where I want to work at, so when I apply for the application will it go to Carousel Mall or the one I want on Erie Blvd?
