LOOKING TO START A RETAIL CLOTHING BUSINESS?

I really want to start a retail clothing store in miami the only problem is I'm not sure how to get urban companies like roca wear coogi polo and others to sell me there clothes at wholesale pricing most of the companies want stores that are already astablished from what I've read on the internet. I've also read a lot about trade shows but I'm still not sure on the direction to take. PLEASE if you have knowlege on small business give me some insite... no stupid answers please!
