I'm looking to travel to the green point avenue in Brooklyn from either Penn station or Jamaica station?

I applied for a truck driving job on mcguinness blvd Brooklyn, and i want to try and find alternative way to get there other than drive if i need to take public transportation. I live on long island.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
