Whats the best mode of transport to get from hollywood blvd to disneyland california?

Me and my boyfriend are going to LA in September for 3 nights and I'm just trying to plan some things to do. I really fancy Disneyland but not sure how to get there or how long it could take. The fastest cheapest way would be fab! We're staying near the walk of fame.
