ide applied to this company last june 01, 2011 it is bpo company and i applied for non voice customer service position, the hr goes to the process of interviewing me and it also includes how much will i receive and then ask me if i will be able to do a job chat sales i confirmed yes! and then she told me since the position is still in active i will just wait for the call she said what do you think did i pass or not? some other applicant is my friend the hr told them just wait for an email after 24 hrs then they receive it and it says you did not pass the hiring process. is there a chance for me i am just curious about there hiring process why would they just tell me if i did not pass the hiring process and leave me the benefit of the doubt. my first time to apply to bpo company :)
