Benjamin Rush quote... can anyone help out?

I went to a psychiatry museum in LA on sunset blvd. and there was a quote in it from Benjamin Rush, I have a partial picture of it... we weren't suppose to take pics but i snapped one real quick but only got a part of the quote, Regardless I want to know what the quote is. The only clue I really have is the last word is madness.
