Is there a better way to get to CA-2 in Southern California?

I live in the Inland Empire and am going to a concert at the Troubadour in Santa Monica Blvd. in West Los Angeles. I do not want to get on the 10 highway. I live close to the 210 highway. Can I take the 210 to the 134 and will it go into the 101 into West LA?
