I Live in Lutz, North of Tampa, and I Need to Get to Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa?

I live on State Road 54 near the intersection of Land O Lakes Blvd. and SR 54. I need to get to the intersection of Hillsborough and Sheldon Road in Tampa on a Sunday (just on Sundays) and I do not have a car. Is there any means of public or paid transport which I could take to get me there?
