Has anybody else ever ordered an item of this website/seller?

My friend ordered this dress: http://www.ecrater.co.uk/p/10508126/wholesale-green-jade-velvet-lace , off that website, and off the seller, and it was meant to come between 7-14 days. It's now been four weeks, and apparently it got denied by customs, but that was two weeks ago. Has anybody else ever bought anything from this website, or even better, from this seller, and not received the item?
