Currently about to buy 15 iPod's wholesale from Indonesia. how do i check companies legitimacy?

its called Gudang electronics.com seems like a good company. I've checked complaints board, complaints.com I have Google companies name with words scam or fraud beside it. nothing seems to be under the radar. except the final check. its not registered in their yellow pages. is there any other way i could verify without actually going there? i have been cheated once already by an alibaba registered company,
