Can I get in trouble for selling fake Sony PS3 controllers on ebay?

There is nothing you can do. If Sony decides to take legal action against you it will be a civil matter not a criminal one. If it chooses to take you to court it can seize all the counterfeit goods, any money you made from selling any of the controllers, and may also recover additional damages depending on what they present in court and what the court decides to award them in terms of damages. If you are lucky they will just seize the counterfeit goods and any money you made but you could be looking at a judgment against you for thousands of dollars or even tens of thousands of dollars. If Sony does choose to go after you I hope you can afford a good lawyer because you will need one.
