What is the best way to find a job teaching English at a university in Korea?

I am currently teaching English at a high school in Korea. I have a Masters in English and intend to get my doctorate and become a lecturer. I feel that, while my experience teaching high school is very useful, teaching English at a university will be more beneficial for my long term plans. Any suggestions from those who have more experience than I do?
