Should I join Naval Reserves as Master at arms or Officer?

I was curious about Naval Reserves Master at arms. I was hoping some sailors on here could give me some insight as to how often they deploy, and what those deployments may entail. Also, I have a criminal justice degree, should I consider going in as an officer instead?
