Get a CPU heat sink and fan. The stock cooler that comes with the CPU has minimum cooling capabilities. This is probably the most common mistake people make when building a PC. The CPU will run cool for a while, until the fan gets a little dirt in it, then it starts heating up. A decent heat sink with copper heat pipes can be had for around 30 bucks.
