Modeling in NYC? front cover magazine? help?

I have modeled in San Francisco,CA and in Los Angeles near Sunset Blvd. i am 5`4.really light/tan.light light brown\hazel eyes. laser white teeth. 2 dimples.long black hair to my lower back. 137lbs. my measurements are 38 26 43 in that order. toned legs and a big butt. how can i model in NYC? fees?money costs?
