Makati going to Katipunan-Aurora Blvd?

I will be travelling from Makati, specifically around Legaspi Village, and I'll be going to Katipunan-Aurora Blvd St Bridget School (Just infront of Katipunan LRT-2 Station). I'm not really familiar with the place I want to know the shortest and quickest route. By the way, I'll be driving. Thanks a lot.
