Jacksonville Fl people, Are Lion's head and Grande Pointe apts safe, clean, etc?

i searched the net and cant find much reviews on them so i need your help. they're on the soutside and off university blvd w. i'm a single female and just want a decent place to live without thugs hanging out all over or roach infestation which is all i'm reading about for alot of lower priced apts. hopefully i will be working at memorial hospital so i would like something near there. Thanks
