I'm a 22 yr old, single female. Between Nashville & Philly, which do you think would be the best choice?

I'm looking to relocate within the next year or so & plan on getting a Bachelors or Masters in Psychology. I'm single, 22 yrs old, & no kids. Which city do you think would suit me best, Philly or Nashville?
