Apple and AT&T customer support.?

I recently bought a new Macbook Air and I bought my grandma a blackberry. Is there anyway i can contact the supervisor through maybe an email or something. I was at the international mall apple store in tampa florida and in the AT&T store spring hill blvd florida. How can I send there boss an email to let him know the service was excellent!? thansks
