Best plants for backyard nursery?

I'm thinking about starting a small plant nursery on about 1/2 acre in central virginia. What plants would be in demand and have the highest return? Would blueberry plants be a good option-get them as newly rooted cuttings wholesale for about $2 each and let them grow for a couple years and resell them at $20 each. Another question I have is do nursery's growing out tree/bush seedlings typically do it in pots or in the ground and then dig up and burlap/pot them.
